Opti Max2700 1 GHzOptical Lid UpgradeOpti Max2700 — The Opti Max2700 1 GHz optical lid upgrade provides an economical approach to segment subscriber groups by using existing legacy C-COR amplifier locations—without resplicing. The Opti Max2700 is compatible with FlexNet 700, 800, and Flex Max900, 901, and 901e series trunk and bridger amplifiers. In addition, CWDM transmitters are available to optimize existing fiber count. The Opti Max2700 is the ideal, cost-effective method to take fiber deeper into your network.

Upgrade Flex Max901e, Flex Max901, Flex Max900, FlexNet 800, and FlexNet 700 series amplifiers to fiber optic nodes by replacing the lid housing

1GHz bandwidth node and lid upgrade when RF module is specified to 1002MHz

Drive fiber deeper into your HFC network

Reduce amplifier cascades, effectively segmenting the system as needed

Increase subscriber QoS with decreased return traffic on shortened cascades

Eliminates resplicing costs and downtime when upgrading

Delivers optical path redundancy with two receivers (Available CY08)

Supports redundant CWDM or DFB return transmitter wavelengths (Available CY08)
